Hi, does anyone know what is the best preparation material for GAMSAT section I? Is Des or Medprep the best for section I, or something else?

I've asked around about this and it looks like there arent many quality sources of help here. Its all just telling us to read this or that. Personally Im going for des' stuff cause he's pretty good at everything else.
