Hi all!

I'm a 22 yr old grad who's been obsessed with journalism for the past 4 years while secretly harbouring a strong interest in medicine. I"m thinking about sitting GAMSAT '09 and would love to hear from anyone who made the leap from a non-science background to medicine and got through. I'm interested in success stories from all unis, particularly University of Sydney which looks like it'd be a great place to study Smile

There are countless replies to that very question.

As for USyd, I suggest you knuckle down and do some REAL research into what each uni offers, and which suits you best.

you might be surprised.
