Hi to all ~
I have only little background in science and I've ordered Des O'Niell's to study.
But from what I read in this forume, and also some other prep examples I've done, I got the feeling that it's too mathematical compared to the real GAMSAT.
Yes, I would love to sit down and swallow the whole book like there's no word I dont know of in this Des O'Niell's book,
but I'm runnin out of time real fast and would like to study efficiently.
For those who HAS set GAMSAT before and also have come across Des O'Niell's,
How is section III differ from the course and the real GAMSAT?
Is it seriously worthed to pull my hair for just one question in Des' revision book?
Thank you! and good luck to all those sitting GAMSAT this yr! |

des o'neil is really good.
It helped me in the exam because the MCQs from Des are similar in style to the real deal. But in order to understand the science revision course you have to go through highschool science books and cliff notes or idiot's guides and VCE books. Des's are just revision books. They tell you facts but do not go indepth. They cover the areas that are most likely to appear in your test. |

| Thank you very much for asking this question. I felt like my question has been answered too. I kind of kicked myself a bit when I realised I threw my year 12 books away already just a few weeks ago when I was tidying my house. Dang! |
