As far as I can tell, it isn't working. Lots of people saying "I'm in", but nobody actually saying "ok, everyone, how about we start this Saturday at 6pm Eastern Standard Time? Everyone install Skype."

But, if I were to make such a suggestion myself, would anyone be ready to join me at 6pm on Saturday the 22nd for a little chat?
