Anybody know whether it's "worth" applying for Med School with a
GPA of 5.19? Anybody get in with this low a GPA??

There are students in my year with similar GPAs. It really depends on your GAMSAT result, and the other contributing factors for your application.

Also, look at the different school selection methods, some of which use GPA purely as a hurdle requirement.
