Has anyone done the Gradmed course for Gamsat?

I have an Arts degree (1990!!) and no science at all.... Any advice gratefully received.

Also, would it be better to work throught the Griffiths prep material before doing Gradmed (if any good) or just secondary school science stuff? ie GCSE and A Level science.

lastly, can you buy 2nd hand prep material anywhere?
