ACER practice papers similar to actual GAMSAT?

Hey guys,

i was wondering whether the 3 sample papers provided by ACER are similar to the actual GAMSAT in terms of difficulty and the variety of topics. If not, is the actual GAMSAT harder and consisting of many topics than what is presented in these practice papers.
Any help by anyone will be much appreciated.

mmm.

I suggest you use the practice papers to help you refine your TIMING, and not as a guide to how hard the exam is, nor how well you go. The exam questions are often quite different from year to year.... for example, my year had very little organic chem, yet I've read of other years having a lot of it.

The better you're able to manage your time in the exam, the better you will do. I can't tell you how many people I've spoken to who didn't finish sections, or answered "c" for the last 20 questions.... its just throwing marks away.

I used all the practice exams as an opportunity to pace myself, and got it down to the point where during the GAMSAT, I'd finish a section, and have 15 minutes for review. It really needs to be executed with as much precision as you can, as its a LONG day, and its easy to get bogged down.
