GAMSAT 2010 Study Group - Melbourne

Hi, I am gearing up to start study for the 2010 GAMSAT, I have a degree in Biochemistry from Monash circa 2004, so I have a strong biol, and chem/org chem background, but I am rusty. I also have a decent arts/humanities background from my US school, but I am rusty there too. No previous physics but I was a gun in calculus.

I am looking to start a study group in Melbourne in the coming weeks (depending on the availability of others) revising all sections, doing essay practise, etc. I also plan on doing a prep course to supplement. I am approaching this thing from all angles, and I am aiming for high scores.

Just thought I would add, I am open to the structure of the study group, I am not sure if anyone has done study groups for the GAMSAT before, but any ideas of best practise would be greatly apprecated.

Hello there

I am also getting prepared for GAMSAT 2010. I kind of like the idea of the study group in Melbourne.

I will definitely be part of this approach. Also do you know of any materials and stuff that i need to get hold of for my preparation.

I am currently invloved in life science and thus quite familiar with some science topics but rusty on the other topics.

Hi there, I'm studying 2nd year biomedicine at unimelb, am also interested to do something in prep for GAMSAT..I know very little about this test at the moment so it would be great to know some other people doing the same thing as me. Please keep this thread going so we all can be updated thx.
