Hi all,

Ive decided to jump on the GAMSAT Bandwagon after completing my undergraduate studies and had time to relax. Anyways, ive calculated my GPA to be the following:

GPA1 - 4.56 (complete year + one failed subject)
GPA2 - 5.53 (complete year + repeat of failed subject)
GPA3 - 5.69 (complete year)

Althought it 'appears' that ive passed the minimum requirements of most universities, but im uncertain about my GPA1 (since i failed a subject) and my GPA2 (repeated subject). Do you guys think that my GPA1 and GPA2 will severely ruin my chance of getting into medicine in 2011 after i sit the 2010 GAMSAT?

Cheers

Hi skyz,
You have not mentioned if you are an international student, coz if you are, there is no reason to calculate your GPA. However, in case you are Australian or New Zealand, it would be better if you concentrate a bit more on your examination, as a high score in this would help balance out the all over percentile. Here are the links that would help.

Good luck!
