hey guys, do u know if i still have a chance if my overall score was 70 but i didn't get 50 for section 2? (i got 49)
my gpa is around 6.5 and i want to try for UQ/Griffith/Monash/Uni of Melbourne
please let me know

| You need to check the GMAC guide. From what I know, both Monash and Melbourne require a minimum score of 50 in all sections. What I have also heard is that Flinders is willing to look at applications of high GAMSAT who may have received lower than 50 on section II, but ring and ask. |

| randomzz: I know I talked to the University of Western Australia and they said they'd consider someone with a GAMSAT or GPA in the top 1/3 if they had a 49 in one of their sections. You might want to give them a call. |

| I know that some unis like UND sydney still accept people in your situation but you should still apply and see what happens. Or just call them. Good Luck! |

It's much too late for this reply to be relevant to randomzz, but there may be others who may wonder the same thing in the future
Check the acer booklet. In the back theres a list of the university URLs. Then go to the uni and check what their cut - offs are. |
